Short Bio: Before joining the design industry, I worked in some fascinating areas. Roughly grouped as follows:

Early years: I worked in restaurant management and catering, agricultural, horticultural, manufacturing and entertainment, including racetrack team building events.

Scientific years: I have a BSc degree in Biology, a diploma in clinical science, and spent eight years working for large pharmaceutical companies. Essentially, I worked in international clinical trial management as part of drug development. It's hard to beat a pharmaceutical career for high level IT and personal development training.

Entrepreneurial years: I combined my management and creative skills and set up my own company in 2000 (Fairwind). This gave me the freedom to design, and the flexibility to travel. I designed furniture, controlled its manufacture then imported it together with a wealth of other desirable items from three continents to sell through my shop in North London.
Fairwind has grown to become a highly successful online, and high street retailer selling fair trade gifts and furniture, now importing fair trade items from sixteen countries. Check out fairwindonline.com

I now commit most of my working week to design. From web design to re-branding and inventive catalogue generation, from poster campaigns to flyers, feel free to get in touch.
